The Production and Delay of Hook Ya Crook




The film was directed by David Dhawan, who is known for his comedy films like Partner, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Biwi No. 1, Judwaa, and more. He wanted to make a film that combined his signature style of humor with elements of thrill and romance. He also wanted to cash in on the craze for cricket in India and roped in some of the biggest names from the sport. The film was produced by UTV Motion Pictures with a budget of around Rs. 40 crore.
